Many new home builders are advertising extremely low rates to induce buying activity and reduce unsold inventory. Here are some rates currently being offered:

All of these are on a 30 yr fixed 
I wonder if there is any commission to be earned by helping people who may be on the fence about buying a new home take advantage of these programs.
